Ordne provides a SaaS platform for system architecture mapping, compliance management, and risk assessment. Our services include:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services with reasonable notice to users.

User Account Responsibilities

By creating an account and using our services, you agree to:

Account Security

Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

Acceptable Use

Payment and Subscription Terms

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed securely through Stripe and is non-refundable except as required by law.

Price Changes

We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent renewals.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused portions of your subscription. Refunds may be provided at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

Our Intellectual Property

Langlie AS retains all rights, title, and interest in our platform, software, and services. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our technology.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or store in our platform. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content to provide our services.

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide become our property and may be used to improve our services without compensation.

Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers

Your use of our services is subject to the following limitations and disclaimers:

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

Liability Limitation

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

No Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for purpose.

Data Loss

While we implement reasonable security measures, we are not responsible for data loss or unauthorized access to your content. You are responsible for backing up your data.

Termination and Suspension

We may terminate or suspend your account under the following circumstances:

Breach of Terms

Immediate termination for violation of these terms, including prohibited activities or failure to pay subscription fees.

Extended Inactivity

Account suspension after 90 days of inactivity, with data deletion after 30 days of suspension.

Service Discontinuation

Termination with 30 days' notice if we discontinue our services or your plan.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to our services will cease immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Langlie AS is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through:

Informal Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues informally before pursuing formal dispute resolution.

Arbitration

Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
